Page is not refreshing

Hi,

I'm using the Qlik Sense Saas for mobile app in my iPhone.
However, after the app is open for a while I gets empty page as below.
I cannot refresh the page anymore and I need to close and reopen it again.

How can I make the app to allow me refresh the page without close and reopen again?
