Problem with viewing

Following the recent update to version 1.175.2, multiple users have reported issues rendering visualizations on iOS devices (iPhone).

Upon analysis, I confirmed that applications containing pivot tables, bar charts, other chart types, containers, and date picker components fail to render correctly, resulting in a completely blank screen.

Is there any known issue or regression associated with these objects in the latest release?

All components were functioning as expected prior to the update.

Hi,
No, this is not something we have seen or have been reported.

Does it happen everytime?
Is it online or offline mode?

If you can share the app we can take a closer look.

Hello, good morning,

I have an open case with Qlik (00383623) regarding a rendering issue. We have submitted several pieces of evidence showing that the problem occurs across different users.

The issue specifically affects iPhone users when accessing an app that contains objects which require more time to render—such as pivot tables, date pickers, containers, bar charts, combo charts, pie charts, gauges, etc. In these cases, the screen remains completely blank, and the objects do not load.

Even after waiting for up to 2 minutes, the objects still fail to appear. However, simpler objects like straight tables, buttons, and KPIs load without any issues.

We would appreciate your assistance in further investigating this behavior.
