We have been using Qlik Sense (On Prem) for sometime now. However, this is the first time we will allow Qlik Sense mobile to be used by our clients. I am aware that the session timeout should be similar when using the browser, But from my testing, I am not getting the same timeout (30mins) on mobile app. We are getting a timeout on a random duration and it is close to 2 hours or 1 hour. Please help on why we are not getting the timeout as it should be. When I tested, I just change the sleep on my table to never and left it open for more than 30mins but did not get the timeout message.
I think the timeout may depend on the mobile device's policy for running applications in the background. It is important to understand that as soon as the web socket connection is broken, the session will be terminated.
