Qlik Sense Mobile App: User Access Pass required

Hi,

I'd like to use the Qlik Sense Mobile App, but keep getting this "User Access Pass required" message.

Both of my logins have a User Cal/token allocated and when I use these accounts on that same iPad to connect to the Accesspoint it's no problem to login.

- Proxy on iPad is off.

- As far as I know no other sessions active on these accounts.

This Sense server is Internal use Only, so to get it working with 'real' SSL certificates, I've faked a subdomain.

URL and SSL certificate is for sense.mydomain.com and internal DNS arranges a forward to the internal IP.

Anyone?

Is the certificate self signed? Sometimes iOS  will block self signed  certificate. If possible, can you post your logs here? Understand if you would prefer not to post logs, due to sensitive information. In that case, I would  recommend contacting support and creating a support ticket.
