SAML Authentication with OKTA

Dear Team,

Anyone has any idea about below mention bug in Qlik Sense Mobile App?

Do you have a Support Case open on this enquiry?
Does your Okta configuration require two-factor-authentication (2FA) or is it a simple SAML config?
There was a bug relating to use of 2FA in Qlik Sense Mobile, but I believe this is long since fixed.
Does a mobile browser interact with the same Qlik Sense Hub successfully?

Hi Micheal,

It is a Simple SAML.

And the thing is it works fine on the browser but it doesnt work on Mobile App.

Also this happens only with iOS version 12.1 later. Earlier version iOS it works.

 

Yes I do have support case open for same.
