QS mobile app February 2020 version not connecting to the QS Demo Server (Installed on Samsung Device S9+, Android ver. 9).
I got the error Server log in attempt failed. Has anyone recently encountered this issue?
Note: QS mobile app November 2019 was OK, no problem accessing the QS Demo Server and the hub.
After uninstalling the QS mobile app, rebooting the smartphone and again re-install the app. It is working now. I can connect to the QS Demo Server.
