One of our clients is having the below issue;
When using QlikSense dashboard on an iPad or mobile devices, as soon as you come off the browser (Chrome/Safari) even for a second to look at an email, it loses the page and you have to refresh it. This then means you have to type in all the information you want again, so have to add in all the filters again. It is very time consuming and frustrating for Qlik users.
All of our Sales Reps are on the roads with iPads, so they only access Qlik dashboard(s) on iPad, so below issue is really frustrating for our users and we need to fix it or find a work around please!
Please can you advise how to resolve?

Qlik Sense Enterprise hub timeout even with session timeouts configured correctly
The Hub get timeout error on mobile devices:
"Mobile Devices (iOS) closing network connection when losing focus/locking screen"
