Current we adopt an approach of a Shared space for a handful of 'developers' and then various managed spaces for the end users.
The same document can be published to 6+ spaces, and we have them all on their own reload schedule - which seems very wasteful.
Is there a way that when a reload is complete, it's published automatically (with data) to the managed spaces, so I hit the DB once and distribute that data to multiple targets?
I tried with an automation, but it just keeps creating new iterations of the report each time.
I can't believe that the accepted process is to have multiple hits on the source db?
