I'm currently working with Qlik Cloud and have a tenant with existing apps, subs, automations, reports and data. We’ve recently acquired a new tenant, with Capacity license mode are now looking into how to migrate information from the current tenant to the new one.
I would like to ask the community if anyone has experience with this kind of migration and if you could share any best practices, recommended tools, or important considerations.
Some specific questions we have:
Are there any official or third-party tools to assist with migrating apps, spaces, users, or configurations between tenants?
Is it possible to migrate stored data in Qlik Cloud (e.g., files in shared spaces)?
What elements cannot be migrated and need to be manually recreated?
How should we handle security rules, user access, and permissions in the new environment?
Any insights, documentation, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
