Hi! in the Administrator dashboard section, in API Keys we see APIs that have already expired, but we cannot delete them since we no longer use them.
Do you know of any way to remove them from the list?
Touching ... (three points) just appear Revoke but disabled.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
Miguel.
Try going to this link instead:
https://<tenant_name>.us.qlikcloud.com/settings/api-keys
Replace the <tenant_name> with your tenant name. You should be able to see and delete your API keys from there:
Good try.... but that option only appears if you are the user who created the API Key; it does not appear from another user even if they are a Tenant user.
Hmm that is a tough one. I'm not sure how to go around that. It is strange that a tenant admin doesn't have control over API keys, but it is what it is. Looks like this feature is going away sometime this year anyway so it might just disappear on its own.
I suppose the obvious solution would be to have the owner of the API key delete it. But if the owner is no longer with the company, then...I don't know. I wish I could help.
I'm curious if someone else found a way to handle this scenario.
