Entitlement required ?

Hello everyone i'm new to qlik cloud and i have two questions :

- Is it mandatory to have an entitlement in order to log in to qlik cloud Tenant ?

- Is it mandatory to have a professional entitlement in order to have an admin role (exemple: data admin or tenant admin)

Thank you.

Because each time a user log in to the qlik cloud tenant without  entitlement there is an error saying the user doesn't have an entitlement.

That's why i'm asking.

Is that a bug ?

I get this message

in french but basically it means :

user assignment required

You do not have a valid user assignment. For more information, contact an administrator

Hi @Data_BI_FR : that's because the default access is to the hub. You can just add /console to the URL, and access the console from there.
Please not that we do have improvements coming around this are, but this is the workaround for now.
