My Customer AD is on Prem AD, and he doesn't want to integrate with Qlik cloud, but he wants Multifactor Authentication.
So as per the documentation available on Qlik help we tried to implement, It is working fine for me but not working for other users.
For example, I am tenant admin, when I was implemented Multifactor authentication it is working fine for me but when other user from my organization tried to access Qlik cloud he can without multi factor authentication.
Is this any method how we can implement multifactor authentication for other users also?
On Qlik Cloud, are you using the built-in Identity Provider?
If you are, Qlik MFA is on the user-level, not on the organization level. There's no organization control on that regard. You would have to bring your own identity provider into Qlik.
Please share the login screen when you try to connect to Qlik Cloud. This will help us identify the ID source you are leveraging.

Thanks for the reply, actually my customer is using On Prem AD, so he does not want to expose AD to cloud directly that's why they are looking for Qlik MFA
Hi @sumitk , so your customer is using Qlik Account as the IDP for the cloud, is that you are saying? That's the default setting.
If so, each user will need to enable MFA on their profile. There is currently no global setting to enforce it all users belonging to the same tenant, as QlikId can be used across different tenants, for the community and other purposes.
