This is from the Direct Access Agent Logs. I already tried to whitelist the static ip addresses for outbound traffic in the server's outbound rules but still unable to connect the established data gateway in the Administration Activity Center - Data Gateways. I have also tried to regenerate the keys and restart the Data Gateway service.
Can anyone help in troubleshooting this issue? Does it have something to do with the proxy server?

Hello again sir Rakesh, i tried to force resync the time of the server then restarted the Qlik Data Gateway Service and it is now reconnected. Thanks a lot!
Hello sir Rakesh, this issue was resolved after reformatting the machine but suddenly the issue came back again just now. I have tried that but still goes back to the same issue
