Hi,

A few things I would check for the Office 365 SharePoint connector:

1. Verify that the Base URL is the SharePoint site URL and not the complete file/document URL.

2. Try authentication using select_account and make sure the authenticated Microsoft account has access to the SharePoint site/library.

3. Ask your Entra ID administrator to verify that the Qlik Web Connectors / Office 365 SharePoint enterprise application is enabled and that the required permissions/consent have been granted.

4. Check the required Microsoft permissions such as offline_access, User.Read and the required SharePoint permissions.

5. If this is Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, verify that the required encryption key is configured.

6. If authentication succeeds but Test Connection returns 0, please share the exact error/response shown when expanding the Test Connection result. That will help determine whether this is an authentication, permission, TLS/proxy, or SharePoint URL issue.

Qlik's current documentation also recommends checking SharePoint permissions when the connector cannot access the SharePoint tree view.

I have tried all these approaches and still getting same error.
