Unable to connect redshift Production database via direct gateway access

I create Direct Gateway connection in my Qlik cloud, It's working as expected. But when try to create the Redshift Database connection, it's failing continuously.Could you please let us know whats are all the inbound and outbound ports we are suppose to open in Database side. What's IP Addess for Qlik Cloud tenant
