AD Group In Qlik Cloud and how to monitor user access

Hello everyone,

In my company we are going to implement AD group in qlik cloud.

With the old system we could monitor the user access by just checking the space member or use Access Evaluator (qlik cloud monitoring apps).

Now if we want to check user access to managed space and their space role what would be the best process.

User case: USER_MNGT_QLIK as an AD Group. This group is the only value/name added to the finance managed space (space --> managed member --> Add --> USER_MNGT_QLIK).

How to monitor access on a user level ?

Hi @Data_BI_FR ,

by using the Entitlement Analyzer , you'll be able to check which user accesses any app.

This gets logged at the user level, not the group one.

Something to keep in mind - if the user has never logged in, they will not show up as having access as Qlik Cloud won't know they are a member of the group.
