Data source column change not reflecting in Qlik Sense - Dimension and Measure

We have changed  a  column name  in  the existing data source table and data load also completed,

after that chart fields  populated as blank(-) instead of populating respective column name  errors or change log details.

Example

Before change:   Table Name: Employee

                             Column  Name - Employee _ID , Employee_Name

After change : Table Name: Employee

                         Column  Name - E _ID , E_Name

Looks like you dragged to table is old field and it is good to drag the new field to tabular.

How we should identify that filed name got changed? as of now   it just looks like respective filed has contains  NULL or blank.
Do we have any error details or log details if the filed name  got changed from the data source level.

Because every time Qlik user do not have update for this kind of changes.

Make sure the developer or owner of the solution should talk to source to not update any source without informing to affected solutions is always one best approach.
