May i know if Qlik Saas has any standard on RPO , RTO  for disaster recovery?

Any backup Qlik will perform, how frequent it will happen?

of course we do.
You can read about it in our Cloud Platform technical overview.

Qlik has quite good disaster recovery as responded by others, but they don't support regular content backup. Meaning if you change or delete something by mistake, you can't use the disaster recovery to fix that. You need to have created a backup yourselves. I can recommend using a service to do scheduled backup for Qlik Cloud. This was is extremely good and easy to use: Qloud Cover Backup
