Display issue in Qlik SaaS chart's value

Hello Forum Members,

I'm currently facing a display issue with a chart in Qlik SaaS (never encounter this issue in Qlik Sense), and I was wondering if anyone here might have some insights or suggestions.

The problem I'm encountering is that when user open the dashboard with a chart in Qlik SaaS, the values or words appear to be broken or fragmented. However, as soon as I interact with the chart by clicking or applying filters, the display returns to its normal, solid state.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue and if you've found a solution or workaround for it. It's a bit frustrating, and I'd appreciate any guidance or tips you can provide to address this display anomaly.

Thanks

Hi @Gavin_FBu , that's very unusual! Which browser are you using? Does the issue happen with other browsers as well?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
Company only provides Microsoft Edge for all users.

This issue only happens in a few charts, majority do not encounter this issue.

Strange.

Long time back, I faced the same issue. We raised ticket too. but don't get any solution from support. After few days it automatically resolved to that user.

Another interesting part about this issue is that it is complete random, Sometime it happen for Dashboard A, next time it will happen for Dashboard B, Sometime you will face this issue on mobile version, sometime on laptop browser. Also, Might be User A will faced this issue in Dashboard A but same time User B will not find this issue for same dashboard.

It is complete random. Difficult to guess what is happening.

Great dreamer's dreams never fulfilled, they are always transcended.

This sounds like a third party chromium browser issue we have seen before.

Check the link above and try disabling "Accelerated 2D canvas".

Thanks for helping.  I have tried the following steps:

Microsoft Edge

  1. Type edge://settings/system in the Microsoft Edge URL bar
  2. Turn off Use hardware acceleration when available

and restarted my browser:

I can close the post if there is no solution but quite a lot of clients asking me the same question.
