Hi,
I was wondering why the subscription for scheduling reports and sheets has a limit for only 20 users?
Every user has a license so it's not about that, but more about stressing a system?
Also it should be more efficiënt if SSO customers can add user groups here instead of adding and maintaining users 1 by 1.
Thanks.
Thanks for the post . Keep an eye out in December as the share limit will be raised to 100, inline with Data Alerts. Spoiler alert - this will be happening along with the upcoming ppt format output option....
Of note, both Data Alerts and Subscriptions respect Section Access, so any one execution on an SA app will be done on a per user (recipient data) evaluation. This is a powerful burst report capability available to any Qlik Cloud user. Distribution to a group is a future roadmap item for the Data Alert and Subscriptions capability.
More advanced report use cases would look to the value add service of Qlik Reporting Service, the existing capabilities, and the roadmap that will deliver advanced report authoring & distribution functionality.

Hello, if you are reading this and still having issues then please have a look at ancoreShare. Exhibitng at Qlik Connect ancoreShare lets you configure your reporting as you would with NPrinting on-premise, but without constraints and more. Part of the and more are things like paginated reports, and adoption of Qlik Application Automation. Then there is also ancoreScript that lets you build your own conditional logic into the reporting and this is powerful. Are you ready?
To find our more as to how ancoreShare can help you please drop me a line or come and see us at Qlik Connect.
