SaaS tenant name has changed but not updated everywhere

Hi there,

I believe recently my SaaS tenant name has been updated from "https://4q2so9y0dhy2w8s.eu.qlikcloud.com/" type to "https://tenantname.eu.qlikcloud.com/" type - I can access them from one acc and they're perfectly identical. One instance of my browser, however, gets to open the "https://4q2so9y0dhy2w8s.eu.qlikcloud.com/", and another one automatically goes to "https://tenantname.eu.qlikcloud.com/".

This does not corrupt my SaaS experience, however, it affects the Qlik products that I'm using. Does anybody know how do I converge this tenant name to one? Preferably the "tenantname" one

Hi @fruityhost , it looks like it's a browser thing. Have you tried clearing the cache?
