Trouble Accessing Qlik SaaS Account After Tenant Upgrade

I've been using Qlik's SaaS account for my analytics needs, and it's been great so far. However, I've noticed that there have been somewhat frequent tenant upgrades happening. Hi @Andrea-Smith , can you please describe the access issues that you are experiencing? Are you getting some kind of error? Are you using your own identity provider, or Qlik ID?
