Charts in Dashboards loading very slowly

Hi All,

I'm reaching out to highlight a performance issue we're currently facing in Qlik Sense in our Client Environment. Despite of making several tuning efforts we're still observing significant delays during dashboard usage.

Key Issues Observed:

• Slow loading of dashboards and filters, even for a single user.
• Insight advisor loading issues
• CPU spikes to 100% during basic interactions in Qlik Sense sever (e.g., sheet switching, applying filters).
• log message: “Possible cache depletion” in the Qlik Sense Engine logs.
• QVD-based data loading tried, and memory parameters have been increased:

It maybe worth logging a ticket with support if you can. 

They will need more information to help. 

Is this for a single app or all Apps?

If a single app, how big is it?

What version are you running?

What is specs of your server? 

Have you cleared down log files?

If a single app, how big is it? Currenlty we having only one App, same with huge data having issue with less data working correctly

What version are you running? May 2024

What is specs of your server?m5.4xlarge, 64 gb RAM 

Have you cleared down log files? not yet, will check this also
