QlikView 12.9 End of Life

Good Morning,

In the downloads section it states that QlikView 12.9 has an end of support for May 2026. I found a newish post stating that end of life for 12.9 is actually October 2026. Can someone confirm that October 2026 is correct even though downloads still shows May?

Since QlikView 12.10 is delayed to fall 2025, and of support for QlikView 12.9 is now October 2026.

Why does our QlikView 12.90 installation show the message that the support of this product expires in a few days when it should be October 2026?

Yes, must be a license issue. Our LEF says 2025-06-30. 

What confused me is that in past the according message in QMC was "LEF expires" and not "end of product support".

Quite strange yes. I think I've seen both indeed

Are you using a suscription or the legacy purchase and maintenance fees license ?
