2nd top year and quarter always selected in filter

I am working on Apr 2018 QlikSense enterprise edition.I have 2 date related fields - year and Quarter and one column flag that decides if it's current period or prior. I have data as below:

2018 Q3 Prior

2018 Q4 Prior

2019 Q1 Prior

2019 Q2 Prior

2019 Q3 current

I want to display 2 filters Prior year and Prior Quarter with latest prior quarter as auto selected always. Business want to have a comparative bar chart with current quarter sales and prior quarter sales (selected from filter pane). If you can see in the image below I have 2 filters comparative Year and comparative quarter. Just below that I have chart which shows comparative sales between current year , current quarter and prior year , prior quarter. right now user has to select values from both the filters. they want by default the chart should show current quarter , current year and current-1 quarter for comparison.
