Access a published app

When an app is published, how will the users present in that stream be able to view it? Do they need to download it from qmc? Or will the app be visible in workspace?

app is visible in the stream which it was published to. Users need to have access to that stream! When published, app is no longer in "Work" personal area, but in common stream space
