Access denied error while exporting data of community app in qlik sense 2021 February

Hi Guru's,

we have recently migrated our qlik sense to  Qliksense february patch4 . we are facing issue in export data in one of the community app for one user. 

Main sheets we could export data to excel but not able to do so in community sheet published by another .

is there any particular reason for that ?

I had the issue yesterday that I and few others were not able to export data from one of the community sheets.

I tried closing and re-opening the browser and it didnt work.

Once I had restarted the Qlik Sense server, I was able to export the data.
