Add a User manual using qliksense text & object chart

Hello All,

Im creating a user manual for one of the qliksense dashboards and I want to include it in the dashboard. My client do not have any sharepoints to store this file. The only way I found is to save it in the shared folders and make it accessbile to the end users. 

The requirememt is to add a button or a link with the name user manual which on clicking should open the powerpoint file (the user manual).

Is it possible to do it using Text and Object chart? How to enter the URL? How to grant only read access to the users? Did anyone work on this requirement?
