Analyzer License Allocation button is grayed out after QS upgrade to May 2022 version

Hello,

After upgrading Qlik Sense from Feb 2021 to May 2022 (Patch 5) I cannot allocated analyzer licenses anymore - the "Allocate" button remains grayed out. Not sure how I can fix this issue. Found in 2018 the similar issue was happening due to site license token value missing in LEF.  Not sure what is causing the problem now.

Would appreciate any help or idea.

Thank you for your reply.
Found the reason why the Allocate button is disabled.
Looks like after the upgrade we lost a certain amount of licenses. Not sure
how this had happened: site license still shows original amount of licenses
and expiration date next year.
I contacted the Qlik Account manager, waiting for a response.
