App Crashed and Im unable to duplicate or export the app : Error : Unsupported File Format

I have a backup App duplicated previously but the sheets inside are not there, another option is to duplicate the sheets inside the crashed apps to the backup App from QMC since I cannot copy it from Sense.

Please advise.
