App not visible to some users on Access Point.

Hello,

I have two apps with similar section access aplied to them and have given user access to a few users. But not sure why one of the apps is not visible to some of them. The option "Browsable" is also checked for the apps in the Management Console.

Both the apps are from the same Source Folder and I am distributing them to the same mounted folder.

Hi Prateeksha,

If you save your application without reloading it first it will store only your own access. Try opening the document - reloading the file and then saving it again (or reloading from the QMC if you have this set up).

if that still does not work check the windows security is the same on both files (right click, properties, security).

Hi Prateeksha,

Go to Distribute Tab of your task and select "All Users" in there. Please see attached pic.

Hopefully it should work.
