Application Printing.exe error

I have downloaded to trial version of QlikSense Desktop twice, as get the below error which does not allow me to log in.  Any help would be much appreciated as to how i can get past this:

Printing.exe Application Error

Antivirus could be intrusive and cause to some process crash. If you have anti virus, temporally disable it and try again.
