Barchart for Machinestatus

Guten Morning

I am trying to get an diagram which shows the status of my machines along the day.

i will get an view from the last 24h. For this i have the following informations:

Status: production (green) or setup(yellow) or downtime(red)

Beginning of this status (Date_From)

Duration of this status

I will get an chart like the example below

so the main question is:

How can is setup the diagram that it stacks the Bar Chart in the right way?

i tried this in several ways but i could not find the right solution!

Best way, Can be show only hh:mm format / Change X-Axis diagonal vertically?
