Best way to make a copy Qlik Sense dashboard for future reference

Hi All,

I have recently upgraded from Qlikview to Qlik Sense.

My would like to get advise on best way to make a copy of Qlik Sense dashboard with scheduler so that the figure is "freeze" at time for reference in future. What is the best way to do this?

In Qlikview, I can achieved by manual backup a copy of physical QVW file.

Please advise.

HI,

Couple of options

1)  You can duplicate & rename app (Ex: App_Freeze), all duplicated apps by default available in work folder.

2) Create a sperate STREAM called FREEZE and publish the backup app ( App_Freeze) to this stream

one more option would be , export app from QMC to local and reimport it whenever needed.

Thanks,

Sasikanth

Can it be done in scheduler?

Scheduler node is always a slave node, you have to do it from master node i.e. central node
