Bullet Chart target label

Good evening community 😊
Im a new qlik sense user and i would like to know if it is possible to add a target label in this kind of chart.
In the picture below I shows a bullet chart with the percentage of female population (out the total) for difference job levels. I set a random target (0.65, the black vertical line) and the maximum value (1).

I was wondering if there is an option to add a permanent label above the thin black line (target). In this example a fix "0.65"

I attached the xlsx file for the ones who want to try to replicate the graph.

Looks like no property to show target value, you may like to reduce the x axis scale to 'narrow' to show the closest X axis value. If you would like, create a new idea in the ideation page.
