Button with Background image

Need a extension for using a button object with a choice of image as background of the button.

Example :  if I click on the button with background as American flag, then the country filed should be selected with 'USA'.

the 'sense-navigation' extension will select the value in field, but could not get the background image.

but I need just 1 country flag in a button and I could not restrict other countries in this extension.
