Calculating difference of value between 2 dimensions selected

Hello everyone,

There’s a filter for the user to select two batallions to compare. This should drive the calculation of the variance for count of ordered products between the two batallions. In the straight table I need to calculate that variance (the 1 is a placeholder). Can this be accomplished? If so, what would be the expression to use? Thanks in advance!!

Hey Snancyiv,

It may be useful to use alternate states to do this comparison. Have two selection filters (one for each alternate state). Ask the user to select battalion one (alternate state1) and select battalion two (alternate state2) and then do your set expression calculation on these values.
