our Qlik sense could not access. when i accessing, said can not reach page as below.
i have checked qlik sense services are running normally. could anyone help me ? Thanks.
Can you ping that server successfully? If so, can you remote onto the server and reach it by going to http://localhost/qmc, http://localhost/hub, https://localhost/qmc, or https://localhost/hub? What happens when you add "/engine/healthcheck/" to the end of your URL - does it resolve and display metrics for your QS engine?
i can ping this server successfully. and i tried your link to access in the server, but result is the same as before.
Did you try remoting onto the server (i.e. RDP using mstsc on windows machines) and using those links to access? This is an on-premise installation of QS Enterprise?
Yes, i access remote desktop to logon this server and access below links. not working yet.
So the hub and qmc open up from the server desktop? If so, open a browser as the service account running the services and go to the qmc. Do you have a license file allocated? Do you have user accounts set up (I.e. through active directory or another source)?
Thanks, problem is fixed by restarting server. It was very strange, click the hub and qmc from the server also could not access page pop up same error. and all qlik sense services are running well.
In the future, a reboot of the server is an assumed level one action before seeking advice.
