Hi,
Im using Sense Server.
I'm adding data (xls, txt, csv...) in a new app with drag and drop option and I'll receive this error message:
Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined and I can't add new data
If I click on Add Data it's pendng all time and not load the main connectors menu.
Anyone have any idea and can Helps me?
Thanks
Hi,
Finally this is a bug of version 3.1.0 (when the Server hasn't Internet Access). This bug is resolved on version 3.1.1 Realease and works well.
Thanks.
I am having the same issue - "Initializing Add Data." Any updates?
Can you share the sample file ?
Hi,
it happens with all files and on click button add data.

Hi Jordi,
Could you please try to load the data from Data load editor? May be there is an issue with Qlik sense server.
Thanks,
Neelima
Hi Jordi,
I was just reading error, it looks like a javascript error
javascript - Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined - Stack Overflow
javascript - Cannot call method 'toLowerCase' of undefined - Stack Overflow
Did you recently updated the Qliksense ? or any base javascript files changed?
Are you able to load data from an ODBC/OLEDB connection ?
Hi,
Yes I updated Qlik Sense to version 3.1.
I'm loading a simple txt, or a single xlsx, csv. (Add Data option) and doesn't work, but If I create a new connection in Data Load Editor I don't have problems and I can work and create a library. I create ODBC connections and Folder connections without problems.
EDIT: Maybe a remote idea: I don't have Internet access in the server (Maybe have problems with data market and is pending all time....)
Thanks
Sorrysorrakis01 , I haven't experienced this kind of behavior earlier.
So you are able to create folder connection now and work with that right ?
Update me about the reasons if you get through this error .
Thanks,
Lakshmikandh
