Hi there, having a problem... actually the exact problem that's listed in this solution:

But my problem is that I'm running Windows Server 2016 and the fix only applies to Windows 7. I didn't see any other instances of this happening on Windows 10 or Windows Server.
Attached is a screenshot of my Printing service log if that helps. I CAN access qmc and hub both.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you mean that you tried the solution and it did not help resolve the issue or that you were unable to apply it? The commands themselves should still work in Windows 2016, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/networking/technologies/netsh/netsh-contexts (unless I am missing something in your original query).
