Hello, I have made an account but every time I go to submit a support requests it asks me to sign in, then once sign in i go to submit a ticket and it just loops.
We need help installing Qlik Sense on a server that we have migrated which previously had Qlik installed. What is the best way for us to get support? I have also left two voicemails on the urgent support number.
It could be that your account doesn't have the right to start a support errand.
If you purchased the Qlik licenses through a partner, then the initial contact should be made to your partner. Your partner will, if needed, post an errand to Qlik on your behalf.
If you purchased the licenses straight from Qlik, there might be another procedure, try to contact your companyQcompany account manager to ensure that your account is associated with your company.
