Can't run the qlik sense desktop from the chrome

Dear QlikTech Team,

We need from chrome input the below link to open the Qliksense desktop qliksense://enterpriseurl?action=add&url=https.........

The client authentication link can't be open the software Qliksense desktop. and many users want to open the report from the Qliksense desktop. but it happened nothing.

We checked the the network/port/Chrome default setting it is running normal.
