Cannot access the selected Hub since you have no access pass.

Hi All,

I am new to QlikSense and have just started using QlikSense Desktop. But When I am trying to authenticate the QS Desktop through Qlik Cloud, it throws me this error in the QS  Desktop- " Cannot access the selected Hub since you have no access pass."  The screenshot of the same has been uploaded below. What Can I do to solve this or is there any other way around accessing the QS Desktop. Kindly help. Thank You.

Hello @spadte97,

What is your Qlik Sense Desktop version?

Do you still have the issue ? Because this morning there was some issue with Authentication:

@spadte97,

Can you connect to your Cloud Tenant with Cloud user you are using to connect with Qlik Sense desktop ?

 And then please append the below to your Tenant URL:

       api/v1/licenses/allotments/me

What is the result of the above ?

Hi @spadte97,

I understood from your first post that you are authenticating against Qlik Cloud, am I correct ?

If yes, than that is what I was referring to (Qlik Cloud = Cloud Tenant).

Example of a Tenant URL: https://<tenant name>.<region>.qlikcloud.com
