Hi all,

I just updated my Qlik Sense desktop for last 2 weeks. The version is June 2018 or 12.26.1

Then, I want to create just simple SQL Server database connection through OLE DB, but no provider list is provided as attached. So I cannot create the database connection.

Please kindly help.

Hello, can you download the latest version Qlik September 2018, and see if the problem is fixed?

I have uninstalled the old one and re-installed the newest version of September 2018. The issue is still there.

There is still an error popup which I did not capture to you in the previous post too.

Hm... I haven't seen this error, your server has internet connection right?

I think you should write a ticket to the support, they may be able to help you

My Qlik ID do not have permission to raise the ticket as image attached. Is there any channel?
