It depends what your exact requirement is. If you are an end-user and you have Qlik SAAS/Cloud then you could make your own collection on your dashboard of different KPI's (charts) from different apps.

If you are a developer and you want to collect data and publish it in another app then you could do this also by setting up the correct environment (basically getting data from QVD's and organize it in the app for all KPI's).
And there are some third party extensions available, but again it depends what you are trying to achieve here.
