Hello, I know it was asked before and I checked previous posts. Still nothing works for me. I have a KPI that show millions(M) for YTD and billions(G) for rolling 12 month. I need to change G to B. My SET NumericalAbbreviation set correctly (SET NumericalAbbreviation='3:t;6:M;9:B;12:T;15:P;18:E;21:Z;24:Y;-3:m;-6:µ;-9:n;-12:p;-15:f;-18:a;-21:z;-24:y';) .
I tried to add if condition with dividing by 1000000 and 1000000, but my formula didn't react to it. Still G...
=if(Sum({<$(vCY_set),$(vH)>} [# ActualPay])/1000000>1,
NUM(Sum({<$(vCY_set),$(vH)>} [# ActualPay]), '# ##0,00' &'M'),
NUM(Sum({<$(vCY_set),$(vH)>} [# ActualPay]), '# ##0,00 ' &'B'))
Any other ideas?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Changing your settings in the Main section should work. The app must be reloaded . Try creating a new object, do a calculation that doesn't already have pre-formatting (from Master item etc), ensure that the number formatting in the properties is Auto.
@Lisa_P Thank you so much! I tried to do it, but unfortunately it didn't work. Any other ideas?
Not sure why because it does work for me.
I think it doesn't work for me because we are using non-standard KPI. When I tried to use standard multiple KPI, it worked fine. But in our KPI it doesn't work. The problem with standard multiple KPI is that it doesn't have a option to add function to the colors. Or perhaps I don't see it? Can I add it to the measure? I need to add function if number >0, then green, else red. Can I do it in standard multiple KPI?
Yes you can
Create the measure in the Master Items (library), then use the Segment colors as below ..
@Lisa_P What type of KPI are you using? I don't have option for conditional value color...
I'm using this type of KPI
I'm using February 2022 version, patch 4
Thank you very much in advance!
