Changing the language in Qlik Sense

Using Qlik Sense 12.44.2 and Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) Qlik appears in Dutch.
I want Qlik in English
Followed the instructions as per
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2018/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/UserInterface/langua...

Changing the language in Chrome doesn't help
Deleting Dutch in Chrome, leaving English the only language doesn't help either

If I :
-disable C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
-restart Chrome, Sense appears in English

The moment I login in Chrome with my Google Account, Sense is displayed in Dutch.
Had a look at my account.
Language is set to English.

Logged out of my Google Account
Closed and opened Chrome: Sense is again in Dutch

How do I get Sense in English?

This is more a Google Chrome issue than Qlik product itself. When you login to your Google account, the account itself it carries preferences that will deploy on that Chrome instance, so if your Account is set to Dutch then it will change the preference on that chrome browser, but I am not clear by logging out it will clear it our? ( maybe a Google Chrome question).  Best way is to change also Your Google Account language preferences :
