Hello,
I am currently using a chart like this:
These are two measures, for 2 different years but showed above each other due to the x-Axis just being month without a year.
I would like to color the Sep (currentMonth) Value of just one of the measure in a different color. So in total there should be 3 Colors:
Measure 1 Oct-Aug: Color 1
Measure 1 Sep: Color 2
Measure 2 Oct-Sep Color 3
So far I just was able to not reach this, e.g. like in the image getting both measures different colors, either by using mastermeasures and assigning the colors or by "Color by Measure" in the diagramm works fine and the coloring of just one Month in a different color seems to only work with "color by expression", but I can't combine both of them?
Is there any way I can add Measure-related stuff in the expression by "color by expression" or any other way I could achieve this?
Thanks for your help and Best
Using
the combination chart, placing the measurements in lines, and in properties go to color by expression
use the expression for measure1
Hi, @Necator @
if(Month=Month(Today()), color1(),color2())
For measure2, just choose the color you want.
see if it suits you
Thanks for the tip, but it seems I can't define a expression in master dimensions right? Currently I want to have Sep colored differently, which I could do manually. But next month I want October to be highlighted, so I would need to change that manually every month?
