Combo chart label custom color

Hi everybody,

I have made this combo chart right here and i want to improve the readability of it. I'm trying to change these two things:

- avoid the overlaying if the two labels (bars and line)

- change the color of the line laber to a darkest black since i used pretty dark color on the bars. I know i could make the bars more bright but let's say that those are ufficial company colors and cannot be touched.

Can anyone help me with these two matters?
