Community sheets backup

Hi, 

Some community sheets at a client place got missing and we are faced with below questions:

1. How to find if the sheets get deleted / corrupted ? Are there any logs for these? 

2. What are the possible reasons community sheets can get deleted / corrupted?

3. How to backup community sheets?

Any pointer in this direction would be very helpful.

Just a few suggestions:

1. How to find if the sheets get deleted / corrupted ? Are there any logs for these?  I would first check the Repository/Audit logs to if the user deleted the logs

2. What are the possible reasons community sheets can get deleted / corrupted?

Antivirus

Sheets got deleted by the users

The app got published and the sheet is moved from community to based sheets.

The user was removed from User Directory and the license was unallocated.

3. How to backup community sheets?
